WP1 - Unified Network
Our primary aim is to establish a robust conglomerate of co-working spaces, enhancing connectivity and collaboration (WP1).

We provide co-working spaces with an array of free, cutting-edge tools and technologies, ensuring they have everything they need to thrive (WP2)
WP3 - Capacity Building
We deliver targeted capacity-building programs, equipping co-working spaces with the knowledge to leverage various funding opportunities and enhance their offerings (WP3)..
WP 4 - Funding & Funding Access

WP5 - Sustainable Revenue

Enrollment Process for the Program
Step 1:
Express Your Interest - Co-working spaces interested in participating are encouraged to express their interest.
Step 2:
Initial Consultation - BøthOfUs will coordinate a virtual meeting with the co-working space to discuss program specifics, evaluate compatibility, and prepare for program initiation. Notification will be sent to selected co-working spaces.
Please note, only 14 co-working spaces can be accommodated in each cohort; applicants not selected are invited to apply for the next cohort in Fall 2024.
Step 3:
Formalization of Partnership - Selected partnering co-working spaces are required to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and submit a commitment fee, structured as follows:
Least Developed Countries: €200,
Island Countries: €300,
Economies in Transition/Developing Economies: €400,
Developed Countries: €550

Step 4:
Phase 1 - Diagnostic Study - This initial phase involves conducting a thorough study to assess the current state of the organization.
Step 5:
Phase 2 - Implementation - This phase focuses on the execution of the program, including the establishment of KPIs for a 3 to 6-month period, and the scheduling of follow-up meetings.

Co-Working program is to help innovation hubs, investment firms, universities innovation department, family offices, accelerators to create new revenue model, apply for EU funds by partnering with us and our partners, attract funding from EU, help startups to launch in EU market to create cross continent implementation.

There will be two cohort in 2024.
One in Spring of 2024 and the other is in Fall of 2024

Full module :
1 workshop of 2 hours
1 report meeting of 1 hour
1 in person workshop for a day
Weekly commitment of 4 to 6 hours from one person in the Co-working place
Co-working places, together with BøthOfUs as consortium will apply for EU and International funds.
Co-Working place will also get support and small fund if eligible in form of mentoring, creation of tools.
*BøthOfUs does not take any commission from the grants, BøthOfUs will be consortium partner.
