Program Activities
Prior to reviewing the outlined steps, we kindly request that you familiarize yourself with the Terms of Reference for the program.
Step 1:
The innovation hub/Accelerator/ university/entrepreneurship catalyst expresses interest in participation.
Step 2:
BøthOfUs facilitates a virtual meeting to prepare for the program, assess the application and to answer any questions.
Step 3:
Phase 1 initiates an extensive assessment aimed at evaluating your status quo, focused majorly on
Revenue models,
Customer base,
Products/services,
Funding,
Digital technology
Integration of international funding mechanism ,
Design elements,
Sustainability and impact measurement. The participating organisation/institutions will pay a commitment fee based on the country they are from price ranging from €200 to €600 for phase 1
Step 4:
The Phase 1 output presentation will spotlight key findings. The report will delve into actionable insights aimed at enhancing
Revenue streams,
Refining business models,
Optimising digital technology facets,
Proposing design enhancements,
staff training and
immediate revenue generation process.
Step 5:
Phase 2 represents the implementation stage where the outcomes derived from Phase 1 will be executed and meticulously measured for effectiveness

Catalyst program is to help innovation hubs, investment firms, universities innovation department, family offices, accelerators to create new revenue model, apply for EU funds by partnering with us and our partners, attract funding from EU, help startups to launch in EU market to create cross continent implementation.

The program has two phase, Phase 1 to start on rolling basics in 2024 and will run for 1 month. Phase 2 runs for 8 to 12 months. The program timeline will be communicated to selected institutions during the onboarding process. We aim to provide comprehensive support to ensure success.

Catalyst need to provide one point of contact person and need to arrange, prepare staffs for training programs as planned. roughly in a month 4 hours of commitment time is required
